The state files

Lapses arrive in batches.

Texas licenses expire at month end, so one brokerage can have several licenses come due on the same day.

  • 1,016Texas brokerages with 10 or more agents have at least one license expiring within 60 days.
  • 5,901sponsored Texas licenses expire within 60 days.
  • 5,179New York salesperson and associate broker licenses expire within 60 days, across 1,901 firms.

Priced by the size of your roster.

At launch a membership is $590 a year, or $99 a month billed monthly, for a roster of 11 to 50 licensees. Smaller and larger rosters are priced by size.

Guarantee

The Missed Warning Guarantee.

On an annual membership, if a license the state lists under your brokerage expires and we did not warn you at least 30 days before, your next year is free.

It covers licenses on the state record under your brokerage at least 30 days before they expire, from the day you claim your roster. We guarantee the warning. The state’s record is always the authority.

Questions

Questions brokers ask

Where do the names come from?
The public license file the state publishes every day: data.texas.gov (Texas Real Estate Commission) and data.ny.gov (New York Department of State). The page shows the file date.
Do you contact my agents?
Never. We have no contact details for them and do not look for any.
Something on my roster is wrong.
The state's record is the authority; if it is wrong there, it is wrong here too, and the fix is with the state. If we show something the state file does not, write to team@delvir.co and we correct it the same day.
Is this legal advice?
No. We show what the state record says and quote the rules with their source.
